We will ensure you learn how to use the key features to build a great assessment and report. Likewise, we'll support you until you are ready to go live and launch the assessment to the respondents. DFY is the quickest way to get there. Our team will do the heavy lifting here. You will simply share with us the existing version of the assessment and pdf report and we will translate them into Pointerpro. No, the free trial is only available for our Professional plan. Therefore the free trial is not showing features that are part of other plans like advanced formulas and the report generation (automated personalized PDFs). If you want to see and try more features, please reach out via this link.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our online payment system. For annual plans, we are able to send invoices based on a P.O. (Purchase Order) and we accept bank transfer payments. Please contact us and we'll have this set up for you.

Subscription plans are billed from the date you begin your subscription. Invoices are available and printable by accessing your account.

For the Professional and Enterprise plan, you automatically agree with our Terms and Conditions. For ReportR and DistributR a contract will also be signed.

Absolutely. Pointerpro offers maximum flexibility: if you expect more than 20 responses in a month, you can start with a paid plan that suits your expected number of responses. Afterwards, you can simply downgrade to the free plan. You can upgrade again to a paid plan at any time. We don't delete any surveys or responses when you downgrade to the free plan.

Every first day of the month we reset the counters for your responses and emails.

Yes, we have to add Value Added Tax (VAT) to all European Union clients without VAT number and all clients based in Belgium. Customers outside the EU are exempt from VAT.
